Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 Hershey bars chopped or equivalent amount of snack-sized Hershey bars

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). This ensures that your cookies bake evenly.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt. Set this mixture aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  6. Gently fold in the miniature chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped Hershey bars using a spatula. This is where the magic happens!
  7. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space between each cookie for spreading.
  8. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  9. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • For a healthier option, substitute half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour.
