- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Prepare the cookie dough by slicing it into rounds and pressing into the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Step 3: Bake the cookie crust for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Step 4: Remove the crust and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over it.
- Step 5: Spread marshmallow fluff over the chocolate chips.
- Step 6: Bake again for an additional 5-7 minutes until the marshmallow fluff is golden and bubbly.
- Step 7: Cool the pie on a cooling rack for at least 15-20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Make the cookie crust a day ahead for convenience.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Freezing is an option; wrap tightly and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
