Ingredients

  • 4 oz white chocolate candy melts
  • 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer
  • Rubber spatula
  • Ice Cream Maker
  • Freezer-Safe Container

Method

  1. Begin by melting the 4 oz of white chocolate candy melts in the microwave in short bursts of 15-20 seconds, stirring in between until it’s smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened 8 oz cream cheese. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Slowly pour in the 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk while continuing to mix.
  4. Gently fold in the 8 oz of Cool Whip, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture using a rubber spatula.
  5. Pour in the melted white chocolate and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the 2 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal into your mixture.
  7. Pour the entire mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-30 minutes.
  8. Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Once firm, scoop into bowls or cones, and enjoy! Drizzle some melted white chocolate on top for an extra treat.

Notes

  • Store your ice cream in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Stir every 30 minutes during the first few hours of freezing to achieve a smoother texture.
  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a lump-free mixture.
  • For variations, try adding mini chocolate chips or crushed nuts.
