Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter to bind everything together
  • 10 ounces marshmallows the star ingredient for gooey goodness
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies the perfect crunchy base
  • 1 cup peanuts plus more for sprinkling on top
  • 8 Fun-Size Snickers bars chopped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips for a rich chocolatey layer on top
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter to enhance flavor and add creaminess

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter and marshmallows by combining them in a microwave-safe bowl and heating on high for 1-2 minutes until melted and smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and caramel to the melted mixture and stir until well combined and creamy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Krispies and peanuts, then pour the melted mixture over and fold gently to coat.
  4. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars carefully, keeping chunks intact.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking pan and press the mixture firmly and evenly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the pressed mixture.
  7. Drizzle additional caramel on top and sprinkle with extra peanuts.
  8. Let cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares or rectangles to serve.

Notes

  • These treats can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For longer storage, refrigerate them but be aware the chocolate may harden.
  • For freezing, wrap individual squares in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe bag, lasting up to 2 months.
