Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites:
  • 1-1.5 pounds flat iron or top sirloin steak cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ½ cup A1 Original sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Marinade - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, A1 Original sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, brown sugar, dried basil, and black pepper.
  2. Step 2: Marinate the Steak - Add the steak pieces to the marinade, coat well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Heat the Skillet - Place a skillet over medium-high heat and let it become hot before adding oil.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Steak Bites - Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer, sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Step 5: Serve and Enjoy - Remove from skillet, let rest for a couple of minutes, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a smoky flavor, grill the steak bites over medium-high heat.
  • Use soy sauce instead of Worcestershire for a different flavor.
