Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by gathering your fish balls. If they're frozen, allow them to thaw completely for even cooking.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Carefully add the fish balls to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Drizzle sweet and sour sauce over the cooked fish balls and allow it to caramelize slightly.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately with extra sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
  • Freeze uncooked fish balls for up to a month and fry directly from frozen.
