  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Dill pickles, finely diced
  • 3 tablespoons Onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon Pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons Juice of small lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried dill
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools for a seamless process.
  2. Finely dice the dill pickles and onion into small, uniform pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise as the creamy foundation.
  4. Stir in the diced pickles, onion, pickle juice, lemon juice, dried dill, and cayenne pepper into the mayonnaise.
  5. Mix everything until well combined. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
