  1. Start by measuring out your ingredients: cottage cheese, fresh dill, chives, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese. Using a fork or whisk, blend it until it reaches your desired level of creaminess. For a smoother dip, blend in a food processor.
  3. Stir in the fresh dill, chopped chives, crushed garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Transfer to a serving bowl when ready and garnish with extra herbs if desired.
