Ingredients
  

For the Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked)
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1-2 Tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp white miso
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp chives

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Soak the Cashews - Begin by soaking your raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
  2. Step 2: Combine Ingredients - In your high-speed blender or food processor, add the soaked cashews, vegan yogurt, water, white distilled vinegar, lemon juice, white miso, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, dill, and chives.
  3. Step 3: Blend Until Smooth - Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency.
  4. Step 4: Taste and Adjust - Taste your ranch dressing and adjust the flavors if necessary.
  5. Step 5: Chill and Serve - Transfer the dressing to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  • This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
