Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, fat-free
  • 1 tablespoon pure honey
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 large organic apples cored and sliced into small cubes
  • 1 each Asian pear cored, peeled, and sliced into small cubes
  • 1 cup red grapes sliced in half vertically
  • 1 stalk celery thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup walnut pieces

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Core and slice the apples and Asian pear into small cubes. Slice grapes in half and thinly slice celery.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, Asian pear, red grapes, and sliced celery. Add walnut pieces.
  4. Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad ingredients. Gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
